The hotel staff were extremely helpful, ensuring we had a parking space and going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, with everything on our doorstep. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The value for money, including free parking and breakfast, was excellent.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the city center. Our room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed. The spa facilities were amazing, and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely weekend getaway.

I was there for 1 night and ate at air-conditioned restaurant with very friendly staff. The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the wine bar. Extra touch as bed was much appreciated too.

Stayed here during our trip, it was an excellent experience. The staff were very very nice and very very nice, were waiting for us in the lovely reception.

Great location, close to town center and within walking distance of attractions. Friendly staff who were helpful throughout our stay. the hotel was clean and tidy, making for a pleasant and enjoyable break. the food, especially the evening meal, was delicious and well-prepared.

Some aspects of the accommodation were disappointing. the room we stayed in needed some maintenance, with a few issues such as a door that wouldn't close properly and lights not working.

It is sublime characterful venue, it offers good pool and the location is ideal as in next to a bloody dual carriageway & a raised one at that. Fantastic employees are in a very professional manner by charming staff.

We liked sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. The restaurant here was lovely for breakfast, we both ordered excellant dishes. Our check-in was good.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, making solo travelers like me feel comfortable. The location, just a 5-minute walk from the shops and center of town, is ideal. The hotel's location next to the canal adds to its charm and attractiveness.

Food was brilliant, easy going staff, bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had access to secure parking, great pool. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Ken's Kitchen to relax and grab some food.

This is an original and fairly clean property with very good drinks and food. Private parking on site provided.

Staff were charming, hotel was clean, set in nice enough area short walk to a dual carriageway, the centre of Chester. Eastgate Clock was also next to the property.
